The ICTentr project objective is to support Vietnam national goals by modernising higher education systems and improving skills in ICT through capacity development. The overall objective of this project is to provide ICT students with an entrepreneurial mindset, soft skills and a professional attitude when graduating from the university.

The project consists of key activities aiming at enhancing entrepreneurship education, intensifying development of curricula in the field of ICT, supporting university-business collaboration to enhance the relevance of the curricula, and to evaluate the universities entrepreneurialism at institution level.

The project is financed through EU funding under the Erasmus+ Programme for the action Capacity-Building in Higher Education (CBHE).


The project brings together three Vietnamese Universities; Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Danang and Ho Chi Minh University of Science and Technology; and three European Universities; Dublin Institute of Technology, University of Leon and Unversity of Turku, and Asia Renko Consulting Oy.


The ICTentr project is composed of four main components: Enhancing Entrepreneurship Education in ICT, Evaluating the Entrepreneurialism of the Vietnamese HEIs, Intensifying Joint Teaching in ICT, and Raising University-Business Collaboration.
